This policy describes how Tidportal processes personal data when you use the presence and absence system.
Data controller
The organization that has contracted Tidportal is the data controller for its employees and users. The Tidportal provider acts as a data processor under agreement.
What data we process
The system may process names, email addresses, presence and absence records, schedules, admin roles, and technical logs. Biometric data is encrypted and stored only with appropriate legal basis and contract.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to provide attendance registration, absence management, and reporting. Processing is based on contract, legitimate interest, and in some cases legal obligation.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object under GDPR. Requests are made via your employer's administrator or through Profile features.
